CorsixTH

Build rooms, hire doctors and care for patients with the original CorsixTH hospital simulation. Import your Theme Hospital installation locally to play.

Choose your installed Theme Hospital folder or game ZIP, then Play hospital. Start a new game in the original menu. Build a reception desk and GP office, hire staff and follow the original advisor. Landscape fullscreen gives room to build on phones.

Saves

Use Save menu to write an original hospital checkpoint. Browser saving retains written saves when storage is available; Stop flushes files but does not save an unsaved hospital. Save backups downloads a ZIP of written saves. Restore checks files, previews names and requires explicit consent to replace matching saves; Undo and a previous-save download remain available in the tab. Native Exit retains the backup controls. Game files must be imported again in a new session. Browser Pause freezes native time and audio; clearing site data removes local saves.

CorsixTH — help & credits

Click or tap to select; drag to build rooms. The player supplies Build room, Hire staff, Equipment, Rotate, Menu and original Game pause buttons, plus held map arrows. View controls provide zoom, pan and fullscreen. Type in game enters text in the focused native field. Import installed DATA, QDATA, LEVELS and SOUND folders; installers and disc images are unsupported. ZIPs are limited to 128 MiB, installed files to 256 MiB total and 64 MiB per file; large optional movies can be omitted. This browser edition uses CorsixTH 0.70.1. Original demo gameplay is verified; a full retail installation has not yet been replayed in the browser.
