Files stay in this tab. Saves stay in this browser.

Which files do I need?

Select the folder containing DATA, QDATA, LEVELS and SOUND. Movies are optional. Installers and disc images are not supported.

Ready when you are

Tap to select. Drag to build rooms. Use Rotate when placing furniture.

Move the map

View, speed & saves

Hold the map arrows to move. Pan view moves an enlarged screen. Edge scrolling is off by default; the game’s Options menu can enable it.

Save backups

Use Save menu in the game first. Backups contain original written saves, not the current unsaved hospital. Restoring files does not change the live game; use Load menu afterward.
