All eight original NetHack-converted PSF font files are unchanged; complete preferred BDF sources, original makefont.lua conversion and additional NetHack glyph sources are supplied. Font software is not relicensed under NGPL.
Leaf Arcade packaging, 9 October 2026: original native files remain unchanged; the deterministic Deflate ZIP adds missing standalone dependency notices and a separately marked LEAF.BAT launcher and LEAF.NH configuration that selects the original native VGA tile mode at 640×480. Original NETHACK.CNF is retained and no puzzle/generation/combat rules are changed. Payload hashes and source checksums are in license.json/source/manifest.json. The separate DOSBox/js-dos emulator has its own GPL/source notices at /dos/vendor/NOTICE.txt. Separate Leaf browser adapter: GPL-3.0-or-later, LICENSE-BROWSER.txt; complete preferred TypeScript source/build inputs in source/leaf-nethack-browser-source.tar.gz. Native NetHack runs as a separate DOS program with its own NGPL terms. No fees, mandatory account or game server are added.
