Terms of use

These terms cover the free games at leafarcade.com and our optional account portal. Please use the service responsibly and respect other people’s rights.

Free play and optional accounts

You can play without an account. Accounts are optional, and signing in currently does not enable cloud saves or transfer progress between devices. If you create an account, use an email or Google account you control and keep access secure. If you are under the age required to enter an agreement where you live, involve a parent or guardian before creating an account.

Your saved progress

Saves are stored in the browser where you play. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing device or moving to a different website address can make progress unavailable. Keep the original browser and website available if you need old saves. We cannot recover local data that your browser has deleted.

Fair use

Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, impersonate someone, misuse another person’s account or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Games and ownership

You may use the website to play the games for personal enjoyment. Code, artwork and other materials retain their respective owners’ rights and any applicable open-source licences. Similarity to a classic game does not imply sponsorship or affiliation with its publisher.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the games available, but errors, downtime and changes can occur. Games and optional features may change or be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No real payments in the demo

The separate Stripe sandbox demo uses test transactions and sample information. It does not charge real money or unlock paid features. Any future paid offering would show its price and applicable terms before purchase.

Updates

Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes to optional account services will be explained before they take effect. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
