How to play American Hearts

Pass three cards left, right, across, then keep, repeating. Two of clubs opens. Follow suit; no hearts or queen of spades on the first trick unless forced. Hearts cannot lead until broken or only hearts remain; the queen also breaks hearts. Each heart costs one point, the queen thirteen. Taking all 26 lets you subtract 26 from your score or add 26 to each opponent. When anyone reaches 100, lowest score wins.
