How to play Property Trading

An original forty-space estate board with classic property trading rules. Each player starts with 1,500 points; passing Start earns 200. Roll two dice, buy unowned properties or auction them to all players. Doubles earn another roll; three consecutive doubles send you to jail. Collect rents, complete color groups and build evenly using the finite bank of 32 houses and 12 hotels. Mortgage unbuilt properties for half their price; redeem for 60%. Trade unbuilt properties and cash by an explicit offer and acceptance; receiving a mortgaged property costs 10% of its price. Jail ends with doubles, a release card or a payment of 50; the third failed roll forces payment. Income tax is 200 or 10% of estate value; luxury tax is 75. Free Park pays nothing. Resolve debts by selling buildings or mortgaging assets; bankruptcy transfers an estate to the creditor, or auctions it for bank debts. The last solvent player wins. Free points only.
